Yale '88 looking for cat-friendly 1BR (UWS or near Columbia, Chelsea, W.Village, all spots relatively convenient to Columbia Medical Center considered) for at least 1 yr lease to start immediately! Am a physician doing a fellowship at Columbia and need housing (just one person) STAT (as they say)

The Summer Institute for the Arts (SIA) offers a unique community service opportunity for Yale alumni to work with students in the Arts. We need volunteers to mentor, provide and/or assist with creative workshops, and facilitate field trips/ chaperone middle school students who would otherwise not have the opportunity. This program is co-sponsored by the Yale Black Alumni Association and YAAMNY.

YAAMNY is pleased to partner with The After-School Corporation (TASC) in support of a College & Career Fair on Friday, August 6th, 2010. We are seeking volunteers to review resumes, conduct mock interviews, and serve on career panels. Each volunteer must make a minimum of a two (2) hour commitment. Early volunteer pre-registration is crucial to the success of this initiative.
